Well, another track day. This one is with the Alpha guys and gals, so it is a CAMS even you?ll need a L2S licence. It is usually dominated in number by mx5s, so it would be great to see a few of the 300zx there. Phillip Island, for those that have not been there before is a very fast circuit, with high speed corners. Whilst, it can be very unforgiving, you need to remember it is a track day and you are not racing for a world championship. Though sometimes I wonder Even if you are not ready to throw your Z around you may wish to consider coming along and viewing some of the racing for the day. It may enable you to talk to fellow car enthusiasts. Of course yours truly will be there. Hope to see a few of you there, and entry is free to watch. But, sorry no passengers unlike at Winton. Those that are interested in participating PM me your email address and I?ll forward the entry forms and details to you.
My Z won't be ready for this one. I believe MSCA are changing their event schedule from 2009 to move events away from the darker, colder, wetter months of July and August, and will commence the year with a sprint at Calder mid to late January. Earlier start to the year than normal, and I'm hoping to christen RZ2 at the track with this event. Will all depend on the new motor being finished and run in .........
Sorry to hear guys, would have been good to catch up before XMas. Mikey that is interesting as I am planning to compete in most of the MSCA events next year. But, noting Jan is already full for me I will be missing the first event
