How far do they go on the scrutineering requirements of cars?

 

just common sense stuff like tyres, leaks, seatbelts, overall consition (not falling to bits).

basicly, they just make sure your car will survive the day......and that its not dangerous to your self or anyone else.

 

define "dangerous to yourself" that probably got more to do with me then my car
so do i need to pass scrutineering as a person
