Ok i have been going though the tech only one in which works is of minivan's one... I have been going though JT's thread about it all as well and getting an understanding of it all...

I have gone out to get the joiners as well as the one that screw at the top of the intake rocker covers... Just looking at some pictures the ones i got seem to be small.. The place said they are 1/4 BSP thread so yeah...

here is some pictures of what i got today... Sorry if the pictures are not the best was taken with my phone...

First ones are what needs to be tapped into the top of the intake cam covers

To me they seem just that little bit too small but they are 1/4 bsp joiners so yeah...

    Anyhelp would be great...

I think you will find JT used 3/8 hose fittings but technically the thread size of the fittings is 1/4 inch BSP for tapping etc. Your ones definately look smaller than JT's ones.

Thats the only explanation I can think of at this time

Well thats what i was thinking which means it takes 10mm hose...

The thread is 1/4 inch BSP but the other bit needs to be 3/8th as well as the joiners needs to be 3/8 as well..

    Thanks for that

Mine are 1/4 BSP thread but not positive on the barb size. 3/8 sounds about right though. The Joiners should fit snugly into the 2 Drivers side PCV hoses.

As you say, the barb on the threaded fitting should be the same size as the joiner. Tried the setup out for the first time at the track on the weekend and the results were great, the usual 1 litre of oil sucked into the pcv system during a typical track day is now zero.
