So a friend has decided to reverse into my car. The damage isn't too bad, but who knows a good panel beater in Perth who charges normal prices? Doesn't have to be cheap, just one who won't bend me over? Or, how much do you think I'd be paying, and is a fair price, to have this damage repaired? I'll also get the dent near the fuel filler done at the same time.
ouch! do a drive round and see what's available, i did not long ago and no one wanted to know you unless it was an insurance job. might be worth also looking at swapping the door over and getting one from a wrecker if you can get a colour match. could turn out to be a cheaper option.

Did I say best friend??? LMAO. Nah, he offered to pay for the damage so it's all good. I'm just trying to find someone who isn't overpriced, so that's why I'm wondering what a fair price on this sort of repair would be.
My brother in law is partners in a panel shop. He's dinky di and will give you an honest quote. I'll send you a P.M with the details.

That doesn't look too bad actually, right in the middle of the door. Good panel beater should be able to pop that out, bog it up, sand it down, and spray it fairly easily. .. a mate had a similar, slightly lesser ding on the same rear fender ...$400.00 ... i reckon about the same for the door ....
But mine isnt black, its charcoal gray! I got stuck half way in between nothing. I'd rather pure white or pure black... and look what I get lol! MoulaZX
My number one son has done that to 2 of my cars. He used another car to reverse into the door of the car behind.
Haha, no Ryan wouldn't offer to pay for it. Different friend, new housemate actually. Thanks for the Vic park recommendation too. I'll get a few quotes and see how it goes, though i'll be driving a dinged up ride on the cruise sunday.
