Rear Bar - assume you are also taking this off to paint seperately. Are you taking off the edge trims around pillar and seals for targas, etc?
oh my f'n gawd.. i've painted a fair few things before including a few cars.. i can help you out if you let me borrow your shed!!!!! haha i have a slutvia and my Z to paint looks like you going well.. id cover all that crap inside before it gets covered in inches of dust though
wow man that's looking sweet!!! are you painting it yourself? and what is the process of rubbing it back, sanding, prep-work, etc?
lol thanks guys some Q ans: its not a shed its a warehouse all the trims are gona be removed including the targa trims b4 painting. heres a pic of all the crap thats been removed so far. dosnt look like much but took about 2 days to remove. i would like to try and keep the stone gard not realy sure how it will turn out but will see. most importantly the paints gona be a special custom blend its gona be simular but also very different:thumbsup: keep u guys posted on the progress thanks paul
I just finished painting mine Looks like you got everything sorted... even the door handles are out... when i took mine out, i noticed that the handle itself actually sits to close to the handle frame and scratches the new paint if you lift it all the way... but you would never notice it. I only did by chance, see if yours do the same ??? Wish i took pictures, by the time i finished working on the car, i either fell asleep or forgot to take a photo.... finally only got the photo of her under the plastic once she had her first coat of black (see profile for pic) So your doing better then me. Most important part i thing is documenting everything and you'll be suprised how useful photo's end up been if you forget where the heck you stripped out a part from  Can't wait to see the end result... i guess most important thing is even coat... using a stand or poles helps to keep equal distance from car when spraing...you probably know that anyway but always best tip to avoid runs is to use something to help keep the gun moving at the same speed and distance. (should have photo's of mine finished in 2 or 3 weeks, just finishing up minor final touches etc) ALL THE BEST ADRIAN
Just wait till you put it back together - then you'll know what slow is Have an extremely patient buddy to help line things up without scratching anything. Be careful if you take the lock off to repaint the door handle - the plastic trim ring is likely to be brittle
