    in reguards to the overheating

are you leaking water? anywhere? that you know of that usually means that ur over heating? is your car a NA or TT, also your radiator could be blocked, take it to a radiator specialist and get the to clean it/flush it, Eg in my ford i got it taken to radiator to specialist and they flushed it and when i come back they showed me what was in it, ****** amazing was full of dirt clumps that looked like the radiator, dont know how the shit got their but it did, lol, you could also take ur thermstat out but that could be dangerious for the zed u could cook it and not know but it always shows that ur car is cold lol.

Did you purge all air from system? Read Zed4life's TA in Tech A-Z re cooling system.

I had my radiator taken apart and cleaned professionally and it is now 100% better. Considering these cars are approaching twenty years of age I think it should be the first thing you do.

I am no mechanic but have had drama after drama with my z , do you have a fan thermo/ viscious if so then are they running when the z hits a certain temp? Or is it as simple as a new/ bigger fuse. How old is the radiator? new or factory.Elaberate!! cheers keen to help.

10 litres is for a total flush of the complete cooling

system ... if you can get all the fluid out ..!!!! .. i did the usual radiator flush the other day ... it took only 4 litres of replacement coolant and am now over-concentrated ....   :bash: :bash:

If you took the radiator out you would have emptied the system from water pretty well. Then you only put 3 l back in. Sounds like you have about 7 litres of air cooling your engine. Is it a VW ?
