Went for a 5 k drive and gave her a bit of curry but didn't flog it. The car was running for around 30 minutes including idle time in the driveway. Air con was off.
I wouldn't worry then, always worth keeping an eye on temperatures with turbo cars though. Also the gauge in the dash is basically a stepper motor with three settings, cold, over 60C (where it normally sits in the middle) and over 100C, the over 100 setting should be accompanied by the auxilliary fan turning on and I'd probably start worrying once it hits that.
Wise one, who's that? But my opinion is by introducing the vacuum leak you have proven the O2 sensors are operational. In relation to your data: Idle 850-862 Man 650 - 750rpm Auto 700 - 800rpm temp 83-90c 83 is OK 90 could be on the high side Throttle V .42 Timing 15 at idle-35 above 2000 rpm AAC% 55% @ idle Should be 15 to 35% Duty cycle L 1 @ idle 3 Should be 1.8 - 2.5ms @2000 Should be 1.8 - 2.2ms Right the same L O2V .96v @ idle .16v-.93v @ 2000 R O2v .92v @ idle .16v-.94v @ 2000 Air Flow V idle 1.18 1.60 @ 2000 F/B O2 L & R flicking 0-1 on over run Items without a comment appear to be within specification.
Thanks very much, BUT while coming back from registering the car. (I'm pretty happy about that). The engine started cutting out when on the overrun and unless I feather the throttle it continually stalls. I have checked for vacuum leaks etc and reset ALL the issues (close enough) shown above and identified by East Coast Z, the bloody thing still stalls. Even with the A.C. engaged it stalls and will not idle. I have now done a total of 113k since putting her back on the road and the fuel is about 2-3 months old. When you bring the idle up to say 12-1300 rpm it runs absolutely great but around idle and very light acceleration I now have a splutter and the stalling issue at lights. I did hear some slight pinging under throttle but very light.
