I have three IACV Units out of desperation I change to the third unit last night and still the same problem. and it idles higher at cold start and after about 1 to 2 min idle drops I have in the past checked the cold start one on the bench and worked OK. Good point with the Earth Strap will check tonight. Air Leak - I change back to MAP as I still have the HKS VPC unit installed soon to be removed, and still the same issue. Also previously would hold idle at around 1100 RPM when car was moving clutch in, and once you came to almost a stop possition it would Drop rpm to about 850 it now doesn't do that either. Will look up EC 92 in the manual. Thanks for all you help
Increase your TPS slightly..... and disconnect harness for a few seconds, then retry. The TPS can be very touchy and .45V is not always the perfect setting.
Found the Mother F***** Unbelievable after further research in the EC/EF section I double checked the 10A fuse with the multimeter and it buzzed out ok so checked voltage once again at the AAC Plug with ignition on and have 2.34V O I thought the Service manual said should have battery volts so this time I pulled the fuse and could see blown but obviously not completely. replaced with new and all is good. F*** I can not believe I have spent this much time finding it - for now on I am pulling fuse's completely out to check them. Thanks for all your help guys.
