sounds like a flat spot on the tyre but no vibration on tyre damage?. the sound is speed dependent. Any ideas?
Swap the front wheels over.......>> And see if the sound moves. That will either rule out or confirm the problem is the tyre.
I was thinking possibly a wheel bearing... as the tyres are german quality and have not suffered any non normal use!
It could be a wheel bearing......>> It could be a few things. If you swap the wheels over and the sound stays on the left hand side then you know it isn't the tyre. Have you tried jacking the car up and spinning the wheel by hand? Have you checked that the wheel nuts are tight?
