Anyone seen this happen .. Climate control turned on with settings on 10 and pumps ambient temp air into cabin.. change to 40 on the dial and it again pumps ambient atmospheric temp air into the cabin. The Heater was working fine when the plenum pull done 800kms ago and the aircon was working fine ( cold as) after the turbos were replaced 200kms ago both done by 'rollin' So both systems themselves are working but nothing getting pumped through to the cabin apart from outside temp air. both fan speeds work, the aircon when activated seems to adjust the idle speed but the air being pumped into the cabin by the fan (on full) makes no difference if its set to 10 deg (cold) or 40 deg (Hot) any clues or hints appreciated. could it be the climate control module or perhaps a solenoid that switches from one source to another? TY Steve
The Climate control has a diagnostic function. Look at the Service manual online and there is Diagnostic function which will test all sensors and the air direction controllers. It is in section HA -118. MichaelZ
