    Hi all,

I'm new to this site, aswell as owning my new 300ZX which I'm very impressed with! I previously owned an R33 Skyline and appreciate Nissan in general!

Since purchasing my new zed I've bought a new set of seats to go in it, my problem is that I need to get an adaptor plate to bolt them in. I was wondering if anyone could please tell me if there was any other model of Nissan (ie. Skyline or Silvia) that had the same size/spaced seat rails?

    Thanks for yor assistance!

the seats are "drift" seats. I have the rails for them, and the company can also supply a number of adaptors to suit any floor plan.

My problem is that their listing for nissan adaptors doesn't include the 300, hence I'm wondering if the 300's share the same size as other models of nissan?

All I can tell you is R33 and s13 seat rails aren't interchangeable with zed ones... However you can use Bride MO rails for Recaro seats and vice versa with minimal modifications so you could try borrowing someone's Bride rails to test fit?

or make your own bracket adaptors...

ideally you would need to get them engineered

hmmm, then thats getting more expensive.

i was thinking it may be possible that nissan models from similar yrs (91) may be the same, and that I could find adaptors for these models easier. perhaps an r31 skyline?

ideally if you swap seats they need tog et engineered, but if you make your own brackets and make them look oem, ie nicely cut and painted then it wont be an issue..
