definately recommend this CD, I was fortunate and one came with my car. absolute life saver, having never worked on a Z before this one, the disk gave me the knowledge to take a Z with an engine that was just sitting in the bay and completely unconnected (this means everything from the PS pump to aircon and fuel, vacuum lines the lot) to a car that is running. then with help from other here all the other obstacles just seem to fall away.

Springs eh? I think it was only about 2 or 3 weeks ago I was helping Arvin change out his Teins Shocks lol. Pretty sure I still got a set of those clamps that compress Springs lying around my garage, add to that changing Shocks out of a Zed is really simple. So if Springs are the main thing stopping you from registering it, its an easy (and relatively cheap, if you still have yet to buy them) fix. MoulaZX
Thats awesome... I think pennyarvs is coming over sometime this evening to check out the car... so we'll see.. Yeah those clamps would be handy I'm guessing, along with whatever tools that would be needed, since I don't have any tools for cars. Lol! Still got to get the springs too... working on that... Once I get the springs on the car, I'll have to save up for rego, and since the wife has other plans for the money, I'll have to save it myself, so it might take a little time, but since the last rego ran out on the 22nd of Dec 2010, I just have to rego the car by March to avoid having to get a Blue slip... Didn't plan on getting the Zed this soon, so funds weren't as high as I'd have liked them, so kind of running on empty now, got to save up my money first... hmmm...

Haha... yeah it was dark yesterday evening, but he came over this morning and checked out the car... seems to have gotten the OK from pennyarvs, so thats good... Still needs some work done though... Hear you are pretty closeby too, so thats good. We'll look into the getting the springs done in time I guess... while I try to organize funds for rego...

Hey dude, just thought I'd let you know.... I topped up the radiator like you said, but when I started it up just now, it was revving at about 1500... so thats quite high I'm guessing... will see how it goes though, it might go down after a while.. By the way, got some pics of it...
They usually rev high upon start up and eventually goes to 700-800rpm after a while. But 1500 is still high. We'll get it checked again... I'm gonna pick up my hydraulic spring compressor today whilst I'm off work. I'll be able to help you with your springs soon... Arvin
Thats cool man, no hurry, when you are free it would be great. Yup, we can check it sometime... should be aight..
