Rear bar and molded mud flips indicate it as a 15year hap import and not an Aus spec. Does it have a 180 or 260 speed, 260 is aus. Hem means insurance considered differently to Aus spec so some insurers won't want to touch you as it is an import. Aus spec as have manual air con by default. Nice starting point with 2000 front bar and d-speed rear wing.
I've never had issues with insurance myself... Car looks neat, especially with the 2k spec front bar. Is it mechanically all good?
it did have the manual climate didn't pay much attention to speedo other than ks felt nice no noise that i could find but felt real slow on take off has new auto box but was very slugish as i have never driven a stock N/A Auto is this normal felt like a life time to get up 100

Id be more interested in what it has had done to it mechanically (100km service??, Plenium pull?? etc.) Have someone who knows what they are talking about look over the motor/trans...dont be blinded by the tidy looks of it
was told that it had the full service and reciepts has a black triangle on the bonnet with tommy kiara written in it but nothing else in it to support that bonnet marking
how much stuff from the 2+0 will fit i want to put the electrick leather seats in and possible do the manual conversion so center console and pedals R.I.P slick top 2+0
ya know, for only 2k more you could have my TT auto with is a shit load better than this. 100k service 190-200rwkw, leather etc. at the end of the day a front bar and a rear wing won't do f all if your engine/gb are on their way out.
Yeah I have to agree.. if you're unsure about the mechanical aspects of the car, and the car has a few issues you'd rather not mess with then 2k extra for a TT with a decent mechanical history behind it probably wouldn't steer you wrong. Aircon not working.. that would drive me nuts and could cost you a fair amount to fix depending on the problem.
i would love a tt 2+0 but currently cant drive 1 coz stupid nsw laws and the local cops here have nothin better to do but hassle the imports and nice cars
it shouldnt be that slow ot get to 100, ive got a few customers with na auto's they accelerate wll in 1st, drop off a bit in 2nd, but shouldnt feel sluggish
