Need to get some extra wires for the VPC & EVC thru the Fire Wall so I thought I would post. Hope this is helpful to someone. Removed the Battery Tray support bracket and modified so the cable could run along the back firewall to the drivers side where I put the EVC after removing the AIV & EGR Solenoids Using a hole saw after making sure it was clear on the other side, managed to drill thru even with the aircon pipes in the way. Wires thru Battery support plate reinstalled
Not a fan; why didn't you just continue feeding them out underneath the battery tray and go in through the fender grommet? I would have cut the plugs off and resoldered them once the wires were through too to make the hole smaller.
Not leaving it like this Wasn’t going to leave it like this, wanted it big enough for future wires if needed like wideband O2 and what ever else i need. this spot was easy and I thought the most logical. Will either use a grommet or a plate and smaller grommet to finish off.
