i agree with mark (zed4life) dont go out and but the cheapest one you can find. basically you really do get what you pay for when it comes to buying a zed. you can pay more upfront and have no real dramas or you can go it on the cheap upfront and pay through the nose repairing/replacing things that can and do cost way more than a falcon or commodore. In other words, be careful. what seems like a bargain now may just turn out to be the opposite later on. Good luck
All good advice Looking forward to an Adelaide cruise with you guys. The 2+2 is for a baby so it is a must (wife imposed) I agree with your points about getting a good one. As I said the budget is 15ish Hopefully it all turns out right as I would love to have it done before new year!
Budget? The difference between a $15000 and an $18000 (your original upper limit) Zed, is enormous. You can easily spend $6000 on a $15K car, before it will reach the condition of an $18K one.
Final Words Just for all those interested I have a number of cars interstate that I will be looking at in the near future. I am all ready to fulfill my dream. I am sure I will be a ZED owner before the new year (can't believe I am writing that). Thanks everyone. I am now a reular at your site. Cheers Wayne Jones (Mervan)
