did a google search and this is labed as sonar body kit. i think he may be confused. EDIT looks like a stillen front bar..
I just looked up this sonar kit thing. came up with 2 different kits. One is a mix of kaminari rear end, wings west sides and a stillen front the other is a wings west rear and skirts then a stillen front lip on a TT bar provide a link to said kit please (no im not in the market lol)

I've seen the video once or twice, it certainly looks fancy. Only thing I'd have a problem with is the sheer degree to which it flexes. Genuine Stillen stuff is made from Urethane, which is a rubber compound, and has a slight amount of flex to it. Due to its flexible nature you have to add a 'flex additive' to the paint so that the paint sticks properly and doesn't crack or fracture if the bumper bends a little. With the amount that the duraflex stuff is able to bend I'd be worried about whether or not any amount of paint flex additive would be able to cope with the amount that the duraflex items bend. That being said, I've never used duraflex or had a look at the stuff in real life. I would tend to just order through ConceptZPerformance and get some genuine Stillen pieces, as urethane is good stuff I have some Stillen side-skirts (from ConceptZ) made of urethane and they're very high quality. I'm pretty certain someone posted up links to CZP earlier in the thread, make sure you read the descriptions before you buy anything though!
