VIC NDSOC V FPV owners DECA Day...

Just booked our accomodation in Shepp, so we will meet you there. After racing there on the weekend it is a long day with a 4am start to tow a car all the way up there, race and then tow it back home.

 

Craig and I would have tagged along for a watch..however I would have only just returned back from QLD on that Sunday...darn, was hoping to check out the new Jedi

 

Meet Location - Early Birds

Ok, so the meet point is the BP Service station at Wallan (outbound)

1015 Hume Hwy

Now, Deca starts at 8am and its approx 135kms from Wallan BP to DECA.

Meet time at the Wallan BP will be 6:00 - 6:15am, with departure time no later than 6:30am. Please use google maps to calculate how far Wallan is from your house so you can get their on time. As a rough guide, I live in Cairnlea (NW of Melb) and its approx 55km to the Wallan BP.

Now its a very early start so I'm not expecting many people to meet me (in fact, probably no one except maybe TQE-756), but for those with young kids (like me) who dont get "sleep ins" anymore, its all good. And its great driving the zed on a nice cold morning, while the sun is coming up

 

Yep we'll be there...

My rev head daughter and I will be there as long as the coffee's hot and the toast is broowwnn..! (showing my age now!!)

 

It doesn't start till 9.00am Marky. Scrutineering starts at 8.00. Treat yourself to a sleep in mate.

 

OK, meeting time change.

So we meet at Wallan BP at 7am, rather than 6am, with a 7:15am sharp departure time.

 

I'm a possibility for this. Will let you know later in the week.

No seriously, c'mon you bunch of slacko's this is going to be a great day out... hot dog's, hamburgers and drinks, screeching tires and Zed's (and maybe a Magna lol) doing Handbrakee's and hooning down the fast track out the back through the shikane's then screaming to a halt so as not to touch the gate at the end and have their time discounted.
Plus a mini cruise from the servo with the usual Zed Banter, brekky and coffee!!
