    Auto or manual?

Good for an auto i'd say, probably average for a manual.

he had a full tank of fuel... does that add much onto the time?
or is it not much weight?

Every litre of gasoline weighs around 0.76 KG, so a full tank adds 54 Kilograms to a dry tank

"they" recommend arriving at the strip with only 1/4 tank

Even in "daily" driving i have noted how much more perky my Zed (and more so the 180sx before it) is on a nearly empty tank

    weight is weight

    red32 You talkin' to me?

My NA runs a 15.5sec quarter with a bit of breathing work (waiting to see what it will do now with Unichip working). Best I've seen is 'Trayns' @ 14.5
NA quarter-mile times (Scroll down past the TT times)
