I didnt think harness's or cages were legal in street legal cars? The reason for the cages, and harness's, being illegal in four seaters was for the emergency egress of rear passengers, especially two doors. Is this right?
Ports has one that is basically behind the rear seats and under the rear boot mdf cover, so when he strips out the rear seat and crap in the boot the bar and harness are there ready to go. At least thats the memory of it I had. Belts to rear strut brace is a definitive CAMS no-no, and alot of scrutineers won't like it. The mounting of the brace is just not strong enough.
