Is it easy to install mesh on a Vielside C2 frontbar? Or do I have to take it to body kit shop?

    Any guides?

I will be doing this in the coming weeks. Was just going to bend mesh to fit the form of the front bar (not Veilside) then sikaflex into position.

If it were to be done 'properly' it would be fibreglassed in. But adhesive will work just as good I reckon.

sikaflex is a winner, just make sure when installing it is straight and lined up the same for all pieces, otherwise it looks shithouse....

Being a Vielside it would probably look better covered in mesh from the outside lol

Be arware that fitting mesh to the grill opening MAY raise your engine temperatures. My NA had run consistently hotter than normal (to the point where I dared not use the aircon in summer) until a few months ago when I removed the mesh I fitted prior to Gilgandra 2004 (anyone remember that event?). Temps are now down to 'normal'... 85deg (aircon off) or 90-95deg (aircon on, depending on ambient), with the mesh out!
