hi guys whenever i start my Z now there is a buzzing noise comes from my map light cover if i put my hand over the little vents at the end i cant hear it anymore is there something important inside the maplight cover that i need to replace? Thanks
yes the climate control fan sensing unit is under there. The fan sucks in air and feeds back the temp to the climate control computer so it can adjust cabin temp. I would say your fan is stalled and buzzing. time to look for a replacement assembly.
Mate the fan inside the cover died maybe you can spray with WD40 but you need to pull the cover apart and you will see the black fan take it out and spray with WD40 on the shaft. hope that's help
thanks guys i will try the WD40 option first, if that doesn't work where would be the best place to get a replacement assembly?
