I was wondering if anyone knew of any technical dimensions for the 300zx manual transmission? I am primarily interested in the length of bell housing to the shifter assrmbly, but would prefer to have all the heightxwidthxlength details also. Web search has not been a friend to me Cheers Rob

That is a little far to drive from sunny Perth, so will have to pass that offer up I basically want to see what transmission will fit there in its place for when my VG eventually goes the way of all VG's and carks it. Engine swap with a v8 is a front runner and want to see how much work is required to fit a T56 with say an LS1/2/7, L98 etc... in the bay It will probably require some sort of custom shifter arrangement, but that is a bridge to cross later Cheers Rob
