Note if you are browsing the magnaflow site, some mufflers have American sized 2.25 inlets and-or outlets, but they will fit the Australian 2.5. pipe sizes.

The Americans measure the pipes on the inside diameter, and Australia measures the pipes on the outside diameter.

2x 2.5" CATS #53006, assuming 2.5" is the australian mesurement or am I after 2.25 cats for an aussie 2.5" cat back going by the measurements listed here?

are these 3" cats the street legal variety - and 200CPI?

 

Yes they are street legal.

 

The 53005's will be the same size as your 14807's.

Basically the Americans measure from the inside of the pipe and the Aussies measure from the outside.

Hope that clears it up for you mate.

 

How much for a pair of 14861's?

Mate put me down for a pair of 2.5" cats and a single 3" cat if possible. PM sent

 

a few questions, im planning on building a catback exhaust, can i go 2.5 from cats back or does it have to be whatever it is before that? also if i dont get an x pipe and go with just one of those mufflers on each side will i still be in legal sound range? and lastly, which of those 2.5 mufflers sounds the best

 

I would like to 'express my interest' in a pair of 3" cats and 3" x-pipe. Cheers.

 

I'll put my EOI in for an X-pipe and a set of mufflers, still deciding on those though, leaning towards the 14816's at this stage... could i get a price on those? Also, stupid question, does a cat-back normally include the cats or not?

No it is a system from the cat converter back to your rear mufflers, it does not include the catalytic converter

 

Ditto, can I get a price for these too?
