hey guy's soon i am going to lower my car ..i was thinking super low's ( king spring's)?. or would king spring's be the right hight?.. soon i am geting 18 -19 inch's rim's. i want it low but not to low.. if you have any pic's of you car please show me thank's also what els would i need or have to do for lowering my car :zlove:
well first use 'search' .........then you might also consider some adjustable camber arms front & rear for a start - so you don't prematurely wear the inside of your tyres with the car sitting lower!
Kings only make lows for the Zed (still get about 50mm drop) the back sits ok but the front goes really low. Need camber arms for the back as it goes out to about -3.5deg don't really need front camber arms camber goes out to about -2.5deg good for turn in.
Eibach progressive springs on KYB AGX Sits at just legal height, 100mm at lowest point from the ground. Not low enough for my liking... pics I'd just get coilovers
what he said had nothing to do with "300zx's" its common sense.. you lower a car you get camber.. you get camber you get camber arms.. and when he told you to search he also means that this topic has been covered hundreds of times before.. dont need you going around and creating hundreds of thread..
yeah well stop having a cry mate, common sense would tell ya if you see thread's made by me then don't click on them simple?
Is your current suspension stock? If so, go with what ZeDHed has suggested. Lots for Zs may already have adjustable coilovers etc. installed, especially if they're from Jap Land so this could simplify or complicate things further.
WHAT'S THAT ? Did you put 4" 4WD lift springs on the black beast ? They weren't that high even from the factory. They must ahve got you mixed up with a Patrol or Pathfinder when you bought those rear springs
The second pic is better to gauge the height i think... its not THAT high, its either them or kings lows which handle like sheet. If you want super low, coilovers are obviously your best bet, unless there other springs out there which will do the job??
I recently bought coilovers to lift my height lol. It was 100mm when I bought it, waaaay too low for the choppy roads out here :/
I'll get pics of mine tomorrow. Unsure how low but the front-end is deffinetelly close to 100mm. You'll be doing a 45 degree up most drive-ways.
:rofl:.......nice attitude you have there 'mate'.......especially considering you're a 'newbie'! A great example of "How to win friends & influence people"! So basically you are saying if any of the members who really know their Z stuff see your threads asking for help........then they should just ignore them?? ...........how's that gonna help you gain the knowledge you obviously need regarding your Z?
things i found when i lowered mine, i scrape, i dont know why? its weird. sounds like its the chassis.
