What are the best exhaust systems and cold air intake system for a N/A Z32?

Might get these done with a full ECU remap.

2.5in mandrel bent with X-pipe & Z32s already draw 'cold air' so just get a pod filter.

Best exhaust system would be one that you get made up custom in my opinion :p
As Ichizora said, 2.5" mandrel bent in stainless would be your best bet. X-pipe to reduce drone, for sure. Some NICE QUALITY MUFFLERS, not cannons, and you will have a damn fine sounding Z :p

missed out on some good group buy prices for magnaflow items.

hit up drift spec and see what he still has to offer.

Depends on whether or not you supply the goods, if you just want a catback or not, if you want an aftermarket merge pipe, or just to keep the stock one.
I paid a bit over a grand in total for mine, 2 magnaflow mufflers, a UAS X-pipe, all in 2.5" stainless mandrel bent piping. It was a while ago, so I forget the actual figure. But it's worth it cause you can reuse it if you decide to change your engine in the future... hehehe :p

i know the guy who did it and i got my own parts, my dad works next door to genie headers at an exhuast distribution warehouse so i paid what they paid pretty much. you wouldnt beleive the mark ups on the mufflers and pipes, i got the mufflers for 25 each. rrp of 225 each, i spose it helps knowing people, especially when its to do with cars.

I want to get pretty much an exhaust system that will give me as much performance as possible really, that a stock N/A could handle.

The guys at 'classic performance' quoted me this:
Full performance exhaust system from extractors in coated mild steel with twin high performance cat converters , twin 2.5" mild steel painted mandrel bent system and twin SS twin outlet rear mufflers. From $2950.00 Fitted.

    Is that too much?

is that using the standard headers and everything after is custom? that's pretty expensive but depends on what brand mufflers they are using and quality of their work.

my exhaust setup was around $2900 and includes extractors and an x-pipe
ttz headers with hpc coating: $735 (i fitted these with the help of mikez32 which saved around 4-6 hours labour costs i'd guess)
    2.5in mandrel front pipes: $200
    metalcat 2.5" cat converters: $675
catback piping 2.5" mandrel bent: $400
    uas x-pipe: $500
    magnaflow mufflersx2: $350ish from a group buy

you should be able to do it cheaper than that if you shop around. the metalcats are expensive, but there are cheaper metal core cats like magnaflow out now.
