anyone know how much I should ask for an immaculate 92' NA? Has 111,000 kms- unmarked interior etc. Photos of it on the track can be seen some threads down that mikez took. Or roughly how much I could get for it as a trade(even though it would be F**k all probably). My wife isn't insured to drive it cause she's too young plus I have a brand new Ti Xtrail that will become mine. I think I've got all the speed out of my system and don't think I can better my track or drag times without spending big money. The car is still great but after 4 years I think its time. Any opinions or advice would be much appreciated.
    Cheers, Owen.

    sell it privately

dealer trade in prices suck. I would aim for atleast 18K for your car with its mods and exceptional condition. What are you looking at getting next? TT? Somehow I cant see you downgrading in power!

    NOOOO!!!!

Your car is cool and an inspiration to all us NA zedders. Don't leave us alone with these TT bullies :D ;) :p Seriously tho, will be a shame for you to sell up, although I too have been toying with the idea. Still got a few more zed miles in front of me yet tho :-Z Should ask for 16k neg. Trade-in should be a minimum of 10k. Will be lucky to get 13k tho :N( Cheers

    Thanx rob!

The NAs really do kick ass for what they are, you and the rest of the NA crew will have to carry on my work and get your zeds to the drags/track and get us some more cred. Trade in was what I expected unfortunately but you get that with todays market. Sorry JT no TT for me, she's not insured to drive imports untill she's 25 so I'm looking at Clio sports/206 gti's etc - chick cars.
    Rock on NAs

    If you must, sell privately

I bought my 92 NA about 3 months ago. It was apparently immaculate inside and out. I paid $17500 for it:( . Since then I have spent about $3000 on mechanical repairs.:s   The moral of this story is there are still plenty of suckers out there. 8-} The problem is getting people to look at it. You can always reduce your price. Do not be in to much haste to sell. And invest in a good ad. Penny pinching on advertising won't help. One thing I can tell you from experience is that if you love your car you will always regret selling it. Especially for something like an xtrail. It has taken me 25 years to be able to justify buying a car like my Zed after raising a family and I have no intention of ever letting my baby go again.:-0
