    Speakers will fit in the old bose housings and i am making a custom sub box. Box will replace the existing cover in between strut towers (i have a 2 seat slicktop) Anyone know on a place to get good carpet in Brisbane to cover it with?

    someone was driving beside me today (i had targas off and windows down)
    yelling at me in the car, i tolly didnt hear them untill i looked.

    then just to piss them off, like a chud i just kept going "WHAT!?" withought turning it down.

    Great choice mate. I am looking for similar speaker too. Do you mind sharing the price paid for the EKS 165 pair? Not sure if I can source them in WA? Looking forward to see the setup once in your car.:biggrin::biggrin:

    Can somebody tell me the difference between ESK 165 and HSK 165?

    I paid 350 at Autobahn. Not all autobahn stores do them though.

    Difference as i know is:

    ESK = 200W Peak, 100W Continuous, $350
    HSK = 250W Peak, 125W Continuous, ~$450

    I Listened to both and in the board the ESK sounded clearer, which is what i wanted.

    Here are some places in WA that sell this gear (Hertz, Audison, Morel, etc);

    Westside Car Audio
    1330 Albany Hwy, Cannington, W.A XXXX - Ph: 08 9458 9960

    Westside Car Audio
    144 Russell Street, Morley W.A. XXXX - Ph: 08 9275 2722

    Westside Car Audio
    366 Scarborough Beach Road, Osborne Park, W.A. - Ph: 08 9242 1966

    Dont know if thats anywhere near you though.
