    hi gents

    hope all is well. picked up an engine to drop into my zed thats been sitting for a hell of a long time with no engine in it.

    quick questions;

    1. where is the best place to order any gaskets i need these days, last time i was looking at this project was back when Caz was still in business, but i cant seem to find the website now.

    2. amongst all the moving of this stuff I've manages to bend the cooler lines to my auto box, as much as id love to convert it to manual, its not going to happen at this stage, is this a replaceable part? They're not just a little bit bent, they're alot bent (180 degrees), so there will be no fixing them. can anyone suggest any other options? maybe using hose instead?

    3. Is there anywhere online that i can find bolt sizes for the engine? i did have everything nicely labelled up with what they were when i pulled my blown engine and stripped it, but the containers seem to have faded.

    4. Are WA pits doing any emissions testing yet/these days? I removed some of that stuff and would prefer to leave it off if i can.

    Thanks all, hope to be wheeling again soon.

    Gotta pass pits first though. :-/

    cheers all

    1. The below two websites are great -
    http://www.conceptzperformance.com
    http://carcraze.com.au

    2. Don't use cooler lines instead of hard lines!! You'll kill the auto. The exact same issue happened to me. I took out the affected line and took it to Enzed where they made me a new hard line on the spot for under $20.

    Welcome back Mr steaks, hope all is well with the family. If you cant sort the bolts out I would suggest hooking up with someone who has spent a bit of time on these engines, most the bolts are pretty recognisable to such a person and they should be able to help.
