Guys, if you want the stitching on the console cover to show through (it's called "top stitched") then you will need to add $10.

Regardless of whether that makes sense or not, when everyone's orders are finalised, everyone will get a complete individualised price anyway.

I'm in SA, but Roxby Downs SA, so it makes very little sense for me to be the receiver. Any chance Sanouske could be the local SA recipient? Even though he is from the Gawler area it still makes more sense, as a long time forum member he seems the obvious choice, what say you Sanouske?

EDIT: What if we were to contact Barry at Adelaide Z Cars, do you think Barry would mind handling the delivery? I think we all know where he is, and probably all frequent his shop for all things Z. If you think this would work I'll give him a call.

I want the stitching visible, so I assume this is what you mean by "top stitching".

If so this is what I want.

 

Sure Simon, no problem. What I think is going to be easiest is that in a week or so's time, these questions will all be resolved when we each put the final order in. At that time Khalid will give each of us a final quote, and that's when we will each see that we are paying $10 for top stitching (if that's what we want on the console lid), $10 for delivery, etc.

the covers for the rear seats seems alot more than I had understood them to be, I guess due to that initial misprint now that I read the entire thread. Sorry but I think I'll just take the other two items:

Lico, initially I ignored your post because you haven't told us what you want.

Ok, you want the handbrake boot and the Console lid, but...
1. What colours?
2. Also, synthetic leather or real leather?
3. Top stitching on the console lid (extra $10 btw), or all the stitching inside?
4. You are replacing the handbrake boot, but what about the handbrake knob?
5. Is your gear stick boot new? Chances are, if not, then the handbrake boot won't look like the gear stick boot, and you would be advised to get a new one. Obviously ignore this if you have an Auto.

I need the answer to 1 - 3 above before we can process an order. If you don't know what colours are available, I suggest you go to the 1st post in this thread as it is explained from there. You also need to know there is a $10 fee for delivery that must be added to all orders.
Finally, your order will be delivered to the "delivery agent" in your state. That info is also in this thread.

DoubleZX - there is no handle on the drivers side, and the handle is currently only available for LHD vehicles. Khalid is happily taking pre-orders for the passenger handle on RHD cars (he has a RHD car), but you need to know you probably won't get that in the initial order.

Please advise by PM if that is ok.

I will post the updated list as it contains the graphics and bold font.

 

Question: Im purchasing full leather interior.
is it easy to install ? how long does it take, and what is involved.
Also does anyone know of somone/company i can take it to for a fair price of installation ? ( NSW)

 

Red, check out the first post. There is a very long post that a member copied from another forum, plus some responses that may be able to assist.

Some people say 4 days, 6 hours per day, others say a full day. My Dad (who used to re-cover lounge suites) says a day.

I'm planning on taking it slow and doing it over a couple of weekends as I value the strength in my fingers (and need it for my day job as a programmer)

EDIT: Have you put your info down in this GB, as I don't see it, or are you getting it straight from Khalid?

EDIT 2/3: Ok, see your post. Do you want me to put you down for the same items as me, but black with black stitching?

 

Just clarifying, (and to stop you getting 10 confused posts) I thought a pic would help - a centre console like the one on the left of picture would be extra $10?
