    got my leather bits today

    going to strip my car interior tomorrow and prep all the parts for the retrim guy.

    Just need a passanger side door card for a 1990 2+2 (seat belt on door type)

    If anyone has a really good condition one please contact me ASAP! :biggrin:

    check your re-trim kit

    hey guys pulled all my interior parts out this afternoon to test fit everything and prep the pieces for the auto trimmer workshop

    please have a look at these photos, I think one for the centre glove box side trim is back to front???

    how easy to these pieces "drape" over the plastic? I did a DIY with micro suede and it required a hot air gun and a hot glue gun to get a reasonable result, took me at least 1-2 hours for small pieces and 3-4 for door trims!
    Will post pics once my arm rests come in.

    The "back to front" piece looks like it will still fit over the plastic alright, get them to use hot glue and clothes pegs to hold the leather down around the plastic ;)

    sand paper and Isopropyl alcohol

    Any reply yet?

    Is this just an issue for the QLD group, or for all orders? Going to get mine professionally fitted - is this going to cause a big issue, if so then what needs to be done to make it useable?

    Kmahmood whats happenning with the WA #6 order and is the a problem with the trim above to be fixed before the order is sent

    Yeah I haven't heard from Khalid, so I'm not sure what's going.

    Obviously my car interior is in peices and I can't wait for Khalid to repost the correctly cut leather. Instead I will get the auto-trimmer to cut a new piece.
