Ok folks, I paid for my Z not long ago, and am now Home, with it parked gloriously in my Car Port! While I'm in love, I did notice a few tiny problems on the drive home.. for one, the Speedo is out by about 20km/h. So, when I'm doing 60km/h the Speedo reads 80. It runs well, except it hunts at idle. But still - LOVE :zlove: *is edit* PICCIES SOON
cool looking forward to the pics. Whoa speedo out by 20 kays. Well at least it reads higher than your actual speed, better than reeading 20 kays under your real speed.

Clean your throttle bodies, adjust your throtle position sensor (TPS) and reset your ECU, that should fix the idle problem. Not too sure about the speedo though.
the Speedo is out by about 20km/h. So, when I'm doing 60km/h the Speedo Mine had same problem, but after my trans rebuild, the problem had gone.
I'm thinking maybe the previous owner has managed to make the rims+tyres too small.. Maybe.. I'll get it checked out.
rims and tyres what size rims and what profile tyres are u running as that can stuff up speedo readings

18 inch Its running 18 inch rims with kumho tyres. Low profile but nothing too silly, fills out the tyre well nicely.
