hi ill make this short, im going to get a black z i was wondering what would probably be better a twos eater manual or a 4 seater auto...i know everyone has diffrent opinions but id just like to know what the pros and cons of each are just to give me a few pointers :S thanks
i'll make it short 2 seater - easier to park 4 seater - you can fit midgets in the back manual - you need 3 legs and it can be difficult to scratch yourself while you drive auto - the left side of your body is asleep :LOL:
Its your own personal preference => I would only ever buy a Z in manual however I know plenty of guys who would be the complete opposite. Its personal preference.
... 2 seater: * lighter * don't have drunk people trying to score a ride * shorter * better looking (subjective) 4 seater: * 2 extra seats (somewhat useless, but more useful than no seats!) * better weight distribution (49:51 i think, as opposed to 47:53 for 2 seater (anyone confirm this?)) * heavier * not as good looking! manual * more fun * lighter (slighly) * less better power efficiency * can hold bigger power * have a clutch that needs to be replaced periodically auto * easier * heavier (slighly) * more power loss through transmition it'll all come down to what you need the car to do i suppose. also, do a search, you will find no shortage of information/arguement on the topic.
Either U want auto or not!! if u dont care then.... >>> iF U dont care then you should drive both and see what you like If black is your only preference... then your on the right track with the looks... both 2 and 2+2 look wiked... I own a 2+2 and i like the extra length.. more tank.. the 2 seater looks too short up the bak end... (subject to opinions) AUto or Manual depends on your dirving style and if u love manual shifting 24/7 like some of us thats fine but some luv to take it easy and engoy the sooth auto ride. Ask yourself... 1) are you gonna drive the car every day? or keep it in the shed for weekend hill runs? If you intend to drive it every day then get the auto 4 seater cos its easier to drive an auto zed every day...and the 4 seats are handy somethimes... for a daily driver... theres more interior room to have stuff bak there and take the occasional person home (bit tight but possible) as long as they are about 6 ft no more and around 85kg no more!! If you only intend to drive the car on weeknds and u enjoy "pushing the car a bit" then the manual is for you.. 2 seater is closer to a "real sports car" like a Ferrari has 2 seats.. so there only good for weekend cruises and hill runs... If u still cant decide base your decision on Condition, KM, servie history, Accesories and price... Because,, no 2 Zeds are identical :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:
my opinion Auto or manual manual..... dude ur getting a TT zed its a sports car the clutch is a must. drop the clutch in at 3 - 4k rpm and ull know y the manuals are sweet 2 seater or 2+2 2+2..... the midget seats do come in handy, once i had 6 people in my zed, the longer 2+2 wheel base just means u can fit more crap in.
From a fathers point of view...>> I bought my two sons a CZ32 each (TT 2 seater). The reason is: a) The car looks cool b) I can service them in my garage c) It is impossible to have sex in a two seater d) They will never be asked to help someone move house with it e) No idiots in the back f) It uses lots of fuel and PULP is expensive so they only drive when they have to g) They are rarely used as taxis for their mates. Dissadvantage - they can still smash em (and often do... ) Cheers
Re: lol..:LOL::LOL: Thats what I call parental supervision.. Dang! I had to save up and buy my own :thumbsdown:. And the bonus was that I get to park her under a leaky carport if I didn't take out a loan. Otherwise she'd be parked beside a main road
FATE'Z NEW GOAL:--- A lot of people lately have been telling me that it's not possible to "Romp" in a 2 seater. Maybe a blow up doll, me fully clothed and positions will prove you all wrong. TRUST ME - Theres PLENTY of Wayz a 2 seater can be used. SOMEONE GET THE CAMERA :zluv: Fate... Filling everyones mind with EVIL

I bought mine (2+2) as a cruiser and as a daily driver in city traffic. hence the auto. If you want to indulge in some motorsport, you still can. There are many auto's belonging to forum members which are raced at circuits, hill-climbs and dragstrips. So you get the best of both worlds. (And I still reckon that a good NA auto will get a better 60ft time than a TT manual)
oh and its not impossible to have sex in a 2 seater :embarrassed: but i didnt say it would be comfortable...
