hey every one just want to ask a few questions #1 inside my car where my break and clutch is there was oil droping from my break ( i have alredy got that fix) but i am wanting to know how do i get oil out of my car?i have cleaned my mats but its on my carpet i have tryed to clean it all up but its still there #2 i have a sports steering wheel but its has no padding in the middle would any one on here be able to put white leather padding i dont wana get defact will pay $$ #3 i have some gauge's and want them fited and put in i will pay $$ if any one can hook it up!! #4 i have a 6.1inch cd/dvd player can any one make me a dash will also pay $$ if any on could help me out it would mean alot thanks guys!!
1. take it to a interior cleaner. 2. interior trimmer can make up a padding thing and wrap it in white leather. or you could buy a generic one from any car accessories place. 3. your local autobarn can probably do that. 4. there's 2DIN 300ZX bezels on ebay these days. or you could just cut the centre bit off and get a fibreglass guy to smooth it over and paint it for you.
Because that's a LOT of money to put in a few gauges... Spend money on things that need money to be spent on instead.
ohh ok yeah they have to make a double din dash an thats $150 for that..the auto barn guy said its so much because of all the wireing and shit..he might be tryin to rip me off?
Yes, that's what I meant I got a quote from them, then went to a guy that ran his own business and got my sound system installed for less than 1/2 the price they gave me.
member "ztoy" used to do installs of audio gear etc ... not too sure if he is still in the trade ... he may be interested in a one off job for you ... that lad should have me on pemanent commission ...!!!
