Is HP directly related to PSI? >>

    Benny_C About as subtle as...

What i mean by this is my car is running approx 300rwHP @ 16psi using stock turbos and Kakimoto chipped stock ecu. I know that I won't be able to get any more psi out of my stock turbos, but if i do a custom remap of my ecu, can i get more hp while still running 16psi?

    Sure can

Alot of different factors will affect the power output of your engine, and a couple of other things by the time you get that power to the ground.

A remapped ecu will allow you to alter the air/fuel ratios which yes will affect your power output

The fact that you are already using a Kakimoto chip may inhibit you .......

from reaping sizeable gains with a custom written chip. Hp gains are achieved through the modification of timing and fuel maps and when you consider the Kakimoto is already running modified maps you may find only small power advantages in a custom tune.

Not to say that a custom chip for your zed is not beneficial because you might find some more mid range power.
