Intake piping- heat soak concerns

    Im just spitballing, but a small 8 or 10 row cooler would fit in front of the nose panel, or you can put it where a SMIC goes if you run a FMIC. Id power it with a small electric pump like the Davies Craig booster pump. I personally would wire it to run continually while the car is on, and id probably even attach a small thermo fan given that heat soak happens when the airflow is missing. Like i said, only spitballing, but the idea of water intercooling has been brought up before and this isnt that different.

    Its not far fetched to imagine turbo housing cooling and air cooling on the same circuit, whilst taking stress off an already heavily encumbered factory system. Like i said too, happy to try it first if you guys can wait a while.

    EDIT: Probably wise to mention that yes, i do intend to run a high output alternator on the new motor, as ill be going e-fan for the radiator too.
