    Hey guys,

I'm currently in the process of installing central locking in my Z. I have installed kits before in other cars without a drama. However the Z is a complete pain in the ass.

I understand now that it uses a cable for the door lock switch. I see that there is still a rod running to the stock actuator thing.

Obviously this would be the rod that I would want to attach my new actuator to. However there is fuk all room in that part of the door once the seat belt thingy is in there.

I was thinking of removing the stock actuator (coz it doesnt work) and putting my new actuator in the same place. However the stock actuator appears to be screwed in from the inside of the door. I have no idea how to get this out. I wish Nissan had just screwed it in from the outside of the door frame.

I have done searches all through this forum this morning but most of the pics etc are stuffed and there doesn't really seem to be any useful info. So if anyone has any pics or any advice on what to do.... I would greately appeciate it.
