    where would you put them?

    get a 2+2.
will be cheaper, better (aestheically/visually/safety wise), stronger, easier, etc etc

not possible I don't think, and if it was, it would be cheaper to buy

a 4 seater than mod the current 2 seater :p

    RE:Installing seats.

That should be easy. The really difficult part will be trying to find 20cm tall passengers who want to go for a trip.:LOL:

    RE:Installing seats.

It's possible, but i highly doubt you will be able to get approval for it.

    Surely you can't be serious?

Where the hell are you proposing to put these alleged seats? In the boot? Or in place of the fuel tank? They made the 2+2 longer for a reason you know...

    Sell and buy a 2+2

Not that the +2 means that you can fit 2 peeps in the back - midgets mabe - or one person sitting sideways...

    I haven't had a close look at a 2 seater...

But the rear seats in the back of a 2+2 aren't meant for seating adult males, I'm getting a 2+2 more for extra storage space cos of the the laughable boot, than to seat 2 of my mates.

just as it should be, a 2 seater has a boot area perfectly designed

to take a full sized golf bag and set of clubs ... mr nissan got that part right .. just use it for what it is designed for ..!!!:thumbsup::LOL::cool:

    Seriously - forget the idea!

Find someone with a 2+2 and have a REAL look at how different they are both inside and out from the front seats back. Sit in the back of a 2+2 yourself - and if you are less than 6ft picture your mate in there.

Have a REAL look at your 2 seater behind the front seats and realise you aren't going to get seats in there. Issues like fabricating and relocating a new fuel tank, getting seat belt mounts, and the fact that "rear seat" headroom will be significantly less than a 2+2 just kill the idea. And getting engineering approval?????

If you really want that rear seat, get a 2+2 - but do try sitting in one first.

If people have problems with the 4 seaters

back seats, how bad would it be in the 2 seater? Plus you'd need seat belts etc and I dont think it could ever be complianced, or for the 2 seater to ever be modified to a 2+2.

you're taking the piss right ?

there is hardly enough room behind my passenger seat to fit a street directory, and even less room behind the drivers seat.
