Installed short shift kit

Love it, bought it from Caz for an awesome price. Took me about 3 hours to get it in and working (put it in once, wasnt slotted in properly, had to take it apart and start over)

But was worth the measley 3 hours of work on a sunday evening. Nice smooth short gear changes are the best thing ever!!!

 

how much shorter is it? Does it crunch at all?

 

no crunches, and alot shorter throw.

 

Doesn't crunch.....for now...

 

If you are a fast shifter you wont like it and it will crunch .otherwise fine ...I'll be going back to stock

 

i have a short shifter in mine,i shift very quickly and it doesnt crunch at all
It may depend on the condition of your box i would say as i have a new gearbox in mine,maybe thats why :zlove::zlove:

 

new box definitely will help with crunching ... but I tend to slam the gears in when I get excited ..lol

I installed mine about a month ago and you can really notice the difference, shifts really good now.
