Today was the first cruise of the Whoop Whoop Central Branch of the Australian 300ZX Owners Association Due to the short notice given for the cruise it was great to see a 100% attendance by ALL members of the local branch Being "out in the sticks" certainly hasn't dampened the enthusiasm of the newley formed branch of the 300ZX forum A local 350Z owner & his wife were granted special permission to participate in the cruise as PSA's (in accordance with sub clause 3:1b of the bylaws which allows human attendance but EXPRESSLEY forbids the appearance of any 350Z on a 300ZX cruise) The cruise meandered along some bush roads to a tiny town (name unknown) where we stopped for a counter lunch at a typical country pub before heading to a "railway graveyard" near Dorigo for a manditory 300ZX photo opportunity Here's a photo of ALL the Whoop Whoop Central branch 300ZX's with some of the steam trains of the railway graveyard in the background A great day was had by all and as is usual on a 300ZX cruise it was good to catch up with some old faces and even better to meet some new ones (this is where a "thumbs up" and a bunch of assorted smilies would be if we had any and a ROFLMAO)
good to see you guys getting out there and doing the zed cruise thing no matter what. maybe in your cars will inspire others in you area,and you could even double the size of your cruises...lol good luck to you,and try and keep those 350zs at bay next time

Ian - You driving your car and Janet driving hers does not constitute a cruise under by-law 222c sub paragraph (ii) As cruises solely for related people (ie husband and wife) and more correctly referred to as family outings. I agree we need those smilies back ROFLMAO. Good one mate Cliff

I was hoping nobody would notice I figured if any rule bending was going to happen then surely a little tolerance for bylaw 222c sub (ii) was preferential to any deviation on 3:1b because that would have meant a 350Z would have been on the cruise and we couldn?t have had that now could we ?
