Hey guys and girls, i was just finishing up work about 30 mins ago and hoped in my car to drive home and the bloody base where the seatbelt clips into has unbolted itself so i had to drive home with no seatbelt! Heres a photo of it below.... i tryed putting it back on when i got home but its a pain in the ass its sooo tight, so im going to pull the seat out tomorrow so i have some room and bolt it back properly! Just putting it out there to everyone grab a 14mm spanner and tighten the bolts up because yours might be loose as well, and you would hate to find this out after an accident
Where my seatbelt bolts onto my door has actually snapped off!! Another spot to check if you ever have your door trims off..
All good guys, its just one of those things you never think to check! Just pulled both my seats now and made sure everything was tight :zlove:
I just had my door trims off today as i was retrimming them and i went to put the seatbelt back on the door so that i could still drive and to my surprise the bottom bolt had been stripped out, so i just put a longer bolt in it with a nut on the back problem solved.
