Nice specimen there chickmag! My rear wheels are on that way too, so are they on backwards? I've just had wheels aligned and balanced so it might not be a good idea to swap sides if it doesn't make a diference whether they're on back to front or not.
The wheels are designed to extract heat from the disks so there is a right and a left combination. It's marked on the rims as to whether they are right or left. But I doubt it makes a huge difference as plenty (read most) aftermarket wheels are designed without this feature. It's more about aesthetics/pedantics really.
