where do i begin, i dont mind paying a bit but dont want to pay a mint, and how do i go about constructing it, can i download free software or what, i dot realy have much of an ideah. i built one befor but i used templates.any help would be great.
yahoo has free websites but with adds> your service provider usually give you free space to use also. i made my website with frontpage nice and easy =) but check out yahoo first see how ya go from there.
Use Netscape Composer Just like using MsWord, but does not produce "proprietory" html code like Word does.It is good enough to get you started and it is FREE.
