The deal was all labour on Barter$ and any parts cash. I surplied ALL the parts for the 100k plus new injector connectors , 24 lifters and all piping. It is now 1.5 MONTHS later and they still have my Z! WTF. I now know that every cash customer that comes in is getting done first and the Z only gets looked at if they have a free hour or two! How long in labour hours would this type of job usaly take as they say they have spent about 25hours so far and it wont be ready until about the 24th?
my 100K service.... was done over 2 days... I did everything possible while the front was dissmantled. Dropped the car off monday morning. Ready for pickup tuesday afternoon. Cheers
offer them a smoke when they're done... SCREWING YOU!!! my service was done over 2 days, bill was for 8hrs, & that was a 200k service with a wheel bearing & some other stuff. I dropped car & parts off in the morning & picked it up the next arvo. total labour cost was around $600. think it might be time to grab your car & contact some legal representation... good luck. cheers, Tim.
the G.WOOD(gold coast) original estimate for my 100kkm was for a one full day job ..so like lidz, around 8 hours ....
Bathurst Auto Repair, Next to TAFE  The way I was thinking was $1200 parts, No worrie about labor costs (Barter). But the ammout of time they are taking is well beond the time i was expecting!
Using barter credit shouldnt be a reason for poor service A couple of months ago i managed to pick up almost $10K in credits in a similar system and found good service through every business i used....
