clutch slipping can someone please tell me what the problem is. When i take off from a standing start and going through gears everything seems perfectly fine but as i get higher up in the revs say above 3500 rpm, the revs keep going but the car doesnt go any harder like there is some kind of slipping of the clutch or something. is this the clutch or something else. Any help appreciated.
Yep, clutch is worn out..... You could check your pedal adjustment. Does the clutch engage at a very high pedal position?
