This was asked 2 days ago no word then, none now.Funny thing is, they are trying to market their dials on ttnet. 3-4 weeks back I saw them post with the info, same sort of deal they did here. I quickly voiced my own personal opinions on their level of service and what I thought of the quality of the dials on the post. I got an email from the manager having a polite go at me for it. I replied saying that they really need to have a look at their customer service and try keeping people updated, they didnt respond. I thought for a while they had improved but doesnt look like it now I guess.I mean seriously, he tried to say that he didnt know of any problems with the dials till he read my post on ttnet, and I should of come to him with the problems but really, who makes a product for a specific group like this forum, then sells them and doesnt even check the next day on the forum to see how the product is going? Pritty shoddy business if you ask me. As always, it bit them on the ass when they tried to push it on the ttnet crowd and got a few of us aussies responding.
Has anyone actually emailed Richard? a few times people have asked what's going on without anyone actually sending iDials an email requesting info!If people send out an email and get no reply for a few days, let me know and I'll chase it up.Ben
Yes, I've e-mailed Richard .... and haven't received any response.I never received the original set, so I was asking about that.
