I went down to the seaside port of Hakodate in northern Japan this week. While there, curiosity got the better of me and I tried a whale burger at a local burger shop that made the news recently for its whale burger. I gotta say, the meat was quite dry and tough like kangaroo, or beef jerky but it was soooooo tasty. Moral issues aside, id eat it occasionally if it were commercially available. But here it is....the MINKI BURGER

Minki whale research... I suppose it would be more appetizing if they had cheese, beetroot and garlic sauce in it. :thumbsup: The best part of that burger as it is served, would probably be the buns!
