I noticed a zed on eBay with 5 minutes left and in the spirit of the moment I bidded and won !!!!

I haven't even seen this car in person. I am so stupid!!

Anyway, I should have it soon :zlove:

    $8200 Twin Turbo auto 2+2.
    Has rebuilt motor and auto.
Comes with RWC for an extra $200.

If the guy can't cough up the receipts for all the work done, obviously I won't go ahead with the sale and I will be leaving him negative feedback.
If everything is sweet, I should have a zed sitting in my driveway within a week! :D

why would you leave him negative feedback? You just bought his ebay listing, you must pay and he must give you the car.

Yes you are and idiot and stupid,:bash::bash: with a few decents zeds on here for sale you buy one on ebay. If your starting to regret it and if your not you soon will......

    DON'T PAY

and you will receive negative feedback

    WhiteNight Littering and...

The condition of the sale would not have been to see receipts AFTER the agreement of sale had been made. That is silly.. anyone would obviously know that.

Legally you have agreed to purchase the displayed car AS IS. He does not need to provide additional paperwork POST agreement. He is well within his right to not provide you with anything except the agreed car. If you do not purchase the car, then he has right to give you negative feedback because you broke the agreement. It is not his responsibility to ensure that you do your homework.

Hurry up already and show us the car.

Either that, or he didn't have enough tread on the tyres to keep them roadworthy, so put the stockies back on the rear.

    But you're probably right :p

I don't mind though :) I'll be doing the same sort of stuff on the track.

    its amazing,

most members that imported a z on the forum never saw there z before it hit the shores of australia.
so in a way 70% of members on the forum pretty much bought there z on trust and a impulse:D:D:D:D

good luck mate, looks clean you may have got a steal

Just because you won the item, dont part with the cash unless it is exactly as advertised and you are happy with it. 1 bad feedback is better than 8000 lighter in your pocket.

Yes you are legally bound to the contract, but if you are tactfull with your reasoning if you dont want it, chances are high that the seller will just re-advertise or offer a second chance sell to the next bidder

I paid nearly double that for mine without taking for a drive or having a close look... I've spent around $6000 in maintenance since but at least the car itself is in good nick :) Good luck!
