I?m in the process of finalising the order through a customs broker. As i
have explained in the thread, we were sent another 100 LH side coolers which
i REFUSED to accept. I have sourced the supplier in Taiwan and out of my own
money have ordered enough RH side coolers to cover everyone.

I?m waiting for the final bill of lading and commercial invoice to be sent
through. All these details will be sent to Hyper101.

Just wait guys and I'm sure James will come through... He's been a respected member of this forum for ages and I see no mention of any prior dealings with him going pear shaped...
It looks like his supply problems have been genuinely beyond his control...

It is now 10 days since your last update, i would think, given the nature of this situation, that weekly updates would be a minimum. You seem to be blatantly disregarding the concerns of members here to, after whats been said previously, wait over a week to give further updates.

Personally, i want a refund, i want my $530 back in my bank account, i refuse to believe, that in all the months since this happened, you don't even have a receipt for payment!

I demand a refund. The goods have not been supplied as advertised, others are keen to purchase so you will have no problem reselling once these arrive. I never agreed to provide extended financing to you and as you have broken the contract made, i want a full refund of my $530. IMMEDIATELY.

Due to my circumstances (Z sold), and having no reason to have SMIC's any more. I'm not sure if this was a consequence of my preparations to take some action with this.

So i am no longer part of this group buy.

Good luck to the rest of you in obtaining your SMIC's, I would have enjoyed having them on my Z i'm sure, but it was not to be.
