So the Z is due to crack the 200k KM mark sometime this month and it got me thinking what sort of K's have you put on your Z? Be interesting to see who has the least/most.

It's amazing that all the zeds on import sites have either 60k or 90k coincidence maybe? Hahaha

Yeah I think they are driven for exactly 60k or 90k kms then put in this amazing storeroom where they still get older in paint and interior but not kms. Crazy

My 2000spec Version R replica Z is on 204,000 kms with original engine and she is still going strong but needs a 100km major service and a one piece tail shaft when I can get around to it.

    145k on slicky.

    Just playing devils advocate here.
Japan is an extremely small place you realise? With 80% of the population living in large cities with exceptional public transport.

That being said our clocks possibly were wound back to make a more attractive sale but it wouldn't be hundred of thousands of Kms.

this true, japan mileage is lower on average.

but the cars spend alot of time of time idling in traffic, not moving but with the engine running.

jap imports are/were wound back, but how much is anyones geuss......

Just hit 200,000 on my '89 NA.
    Engine sounds sweet as.

145,000 on '90 TT, but it had a recon motor 10 years ago.
    Silky smooth.

    Over 1 million Km's on my '84 Volvo 760 running 22.5 psi
Original motor. Had to add an extra PCV hose to the airbox for blowby.
