how do i remove the clutch plate off the back of the engine?

Assuming that you have already removed the gearbox, you just undo the bolts around the perimeter of the Pressure Plate(it will probably have a couple of locating pins keeping it in position), simply lever it off those pins and "Bob's your uncle".:LOL::LOL::LOL:
